Sunday	We meet in Evesham High Street next to Barclays Bank at 9.00 am for 9.15 am depart. Runs available for differing abilities / speed / distance. Non-members are welcome to come and try a run before joining. For more details, see Club Runs Timetable and grouping information below.
Wednesday Day Time	A run organised by Senior members, carried out at a gentler pace of around 12mph. Any cyclist wishing to join this group can contact Arthur Bennett on 01386 870661 or click here for runs list.
Wednesday Evenings	Wednesday evening chain-gang sessions will be held alternate weeks when there is no time trial. Meeting point will be outside Argos - 6.30 pm

Your help needed - If you would be willing to lead a run then please contact: Norman Smith

• C Run - 12 to 14 mph. Ideal for those new to cycling. The C Run may not necessarily go to the same café stop as the “A” & “B” runs if it is too far away for a half day ride at the slower pace.
• B Run - A steady run for the majority of the club over varying terrain at an ave speed of approx 14 to 17 mph
• A Run - A fastish run over varying terrain aimed mainly at those members who intend to race, or just enjoy a faster pace Ave speed 17+ mph

A and B runs will have the same destination so that riders can ride out with one run and back with another if they so wish. Whatever the run the usual etiquette will apply, the runs leader of the day will wait for any riders of the back, and the whole group will wait for any rider who punctures or has mechanical trouble. Similarly each rider has a responsibility to ride with the group he or she is most suited to, so as not to hold up or stretch the group unnecessarily.
